PLEASE NOTE: EACH TABLETOP IS 6 FEET X 2.5 FEET AND CAN ONLY ACCOMMODATE AN 8 FOOT BACKDROP. IF YOU ARRIVE WITH A LARGER BACKDROP THAT WAS NOT PREVIOUSLY APPROVED WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO ACCOMMODATE BUT CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT WE CAN.

Register Attending Staff

Each participating Sponsor and Exhibitor receives a # of complimentary conference passes for the 2025 FireFusion Conference, including conference sessions, breakfast, coffee breaks, lunch, and receptions. Each sponsor should have received an email from Michael Donnell (registration@endeavorb2b.com) with your promo code to use to register your complimentary staff badges.  If you have not received your promo code please email registration@endeavorb2b.com to request one.

Submit Certificate of Insurance (COI) - Due October 1, 2025

Sponsor shall maintain Commercial General Liability insurance against claims for bodily injury and property damage. The limits of liability of all such insurance shall be not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) each occurrence.

Insurance maintained by Sponsor shall be written by insurance companies rated by A.M. Best as "A" or better and admitted to do business in Sponsor’s home jurisdiction.

Sponsor shall furnish a Certificate of Insurance (COI) showing the requested insurance status prior to commencement of the conference at least 4 weeks before the opening of the conference.
