Each tabletop space can accommodate a standard pop up backdrop.  (all materials must fit into your designated exhibit space).

The hotel prohibits outside food/beverages.

Exhibit setup and teardown must take place during designated times.

Provided/Included (if needed): (per tabletop)

• 6' x 2.5' table (unless you bought an upgraded package)
• Two chairs
• Access to power (if you need additional power please contact Lauren Infanti)
