Ed Levy is a career firefighter with the Streator, IL, Fire Department and has been with the department since 2016. Levy is the program manager for the Leadership Development and Decision-Making Program and has served as an instructor in several firefighting programs at the Illinois Fire Service Institute. He is also a 20-year veteran of the U.S. Army and Army Reserves, currently serving as an Operations Sergeant Major for a Training Division. He has a bachelor’s degree in fire administration from Columbia Southern University.
