Chad Burdorf is an assistant/district chief for a large metropolitan fire department in the western U.S. and has over 33 years’ experience in the fire service. He is assigned to the downtown district, supervising six stations and nine companies including the bulk of the special operations companies. Burdorf was one of the original principles implementing Tablet Command in his department, helping transition Tablet Command as the primary MDT program in all fire apparatus. He works as a product specialist for Tablet Command.
