With more than three decades in the fire service, Steve Kraft previously served as fire chief for Richmond Hill Fire & Emergency Services in Ontario, Canada. A recognized instructor and speaker, Kraft has delivered leadership training across North America, including as a keynote presenter at FDIC. He is known for his developing “Be a Leader, Not Just a Position!” and contributes to fire service publications.
